Accredited Programme in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution
This highly acclaimed programme is presented annually by AFSA in association with the University of Pretoria and consists of three modules: (a) Mediation; (b) Arbitration; and (c) a Specialisation module (Module A: Labour Arbitration, Module B: International Commercial Arbitration, or Module C: Arbitration in the Construction Industry).
